Shipping & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on public holidays may take longer to process and deliver. Expect minor delays on launch and sale days due to high order volumes.

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times listed here, we cannot guarantee delivery within these time frames. Delays may occur due to courier issues or customs clearance. AJANI ARRAY is not liable for losses due to delayed deliveries. If you are traveling, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

Couriers may contact you via email or phone regarding your delivery. We are not responsible for delays if you are unreachable. If your parcel is returned because you were uncontactable, return shipping fees will be deducted from your order value.

Missing Deliveries

Ensure your delivery location is safe. AJANI ARRAY is not liable for missing or stolen parcels. If your parcel is missing, contact the courier for proof of delivery, as our shipping options include delivery to a safe place. If proof is provided and you still cannot locate your parcel, email contact@ajaniarray.com for assistance. We do not offer refunds for missing but delivered parcels. If a replacement is issued, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, immediately take a photo and send it to our customer experience team. Be careful when opening the package to avoid further damage, especially when using sharp tools. AJANI ARRAY is not responsible for damage caused during opening.
